Dynamic photography has always been my passion; I’ll never tire of capturing the expression and interaction between people, reflecting their emotions. The challenge I set myself with every creative adventure is to find a different way to make each interaction unique on film, just like in real life.

Photography should be a natural process that happens spontaneously; that’s the reason I love working with people more than anything else. Photography is meant to be organic; it’s not about finding a fashionable formula that works and sticking to it.

Before forming JMA, I developed my skills as senior photographer and style director for a national chain of portrait studios. An affiliated member of the British Institute of Professional Photography, I also hold a 1st class degree in visual studies, specialising in photography, as well as a diploma in photography, and have over 12 years of practical experience under my belt.
